Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the membership, participation, and activities within the Kabaddi Association (“Association”).
By registering as a member or participating in any event or activity organized by the Association, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Membership

Application: To become a member, an individual must complete and submit the membership application form and pay the prescribed fee.

Code of Conduct
Respect: Members must respect all participants, officials, and spectators.
Fair Play: Members must adhere to the principles of fair play and sportsmanship.
Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, and any form of abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Disciplinary Actions
Investigation: The Association will investigate any reported breaches of these Terms.
Sanctions: Depending on the severity of the breach, sanctions may include warnings, suspensions, or termination of membership.
Appeal: Members have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions as per the Association’s appeal process.
Liability
Waiver: Members participate in Association activities at their own risk. The Association is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation.
Insurance: Members are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for participation in events.
Privacy
Data Collection: The Association collects personal data for the purposes of membership administration and event organization.
Data Protection: Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Association’s privacy policy.
Amendments
Changes: The Association reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
Acceptance: Continued membership or participation in events constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
